My call was answered almost immediately after leaving a message. The lady was extremely friendly and very accommodating to my needs. BUT the very BEST part was the presentation of the bouquet of lilies I ordered. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! Very exquisitely designed and presented. SOOO BEAUTIFUL! Every lily was fresh and nothing in the arrangement overwhelmed the other. I felt like I walked out of there with a beautiful wedding bouquet in fairy tale wrapping!!! xoxoxoxo

The orchid was very nice (and appreciated by the recipient). Better still, my experience with The English Garden was fantastic... they are now my go-to Westlake Village area florist!

Jenny the florist made sure the arrangement was exactly what the image look like and it wasn’t even valentines day. She created the perfect one for my fiance’s bridal shower. She also walked me through every step for the delivery and made sure the flower arrived at my fiance’s hand. 10/10 flowers and service!!

My cousin passed away and we wanted to send our Aunt flowers to ease her sadness. I ordered later in the day on a Friday and they still made it happen for us. My Aunt was so pleased and surprised, they definitely brightened her day. These folks were very professional and even called me to double check a couple of details before they proceeded with the arrangement. It’s always daunting selecting an out of town florist The English Garden knocked it out out of the park!
