Delivery and Return Policy

Read Carefully: Mother's Day Orders

  • Remember to place your orders early, Mother's Day is one of the busiest times of the floral year, and once we hit capacity we may have to stop taking new orders. Get in before this happens!
  • Consider pickup from our location in Westlake Village, CA. Our delivery window on Mother's Day does not guarantee a specific time, but we can have your arrangement ready for curbside pickup from sunrise.
  • Strongly consider delivering your arrangement on May 9th, 10th or 11th. This ensures your arrangement will be ready to be enjoyed from sunrise on Mother's Day, surprising them early also helps us reserve product during this busy season!
  • On Mother's Day, May 12th, our delivery times are between 9am-7pm and due to the volume of orders we can’t guarantee specific times.
  • You are responsible for providing us with accurate and complete information at checkout so that we can deliver your order. Unlike other times, due to the extremely high volume of orders on Mother's Day we cannot individually call and chase up missed information on orders. Make sure to double check the address, include if it’s a business with hours, include a gate code if necessary, a card message, the recipient's phone number, and any other pertinent information. If you make a mistake, give us a call!
  • For apartment buildings, or any building where the flowers cannot be left outside safely when a recipient is not home, please make sure you’ve left us the recipient's phone number and confirmed that they’ll be home. If we can’t deliver or leave the flowers in a safe place we’ll have to return them to the shop.
  • If we are unable to deliver or leave the flowers at the address provided, they’ll be returned to the shop where you can either pick them up, or have them redelivered at your own cost.

  • All product sales are final, and there are no returns for recipients that refuse delivery.

Everyday Deliveries (Non-Mother's Day)

  • Same day order cutoff is 4pm (except on Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day where same-day cutoff may change, please consider ordering early close to these floral holidays).
  • Delivery days are Monday - Saturday (except on Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, we will deliver on the day and ANY days close to these events due to the volume of orders).
  • Our normal delivery window is 12pm - 5:30pm. We do make accommodations outside of this window depending on specific needs, give us a call to discuss!
  • Please do your best to confirm that the recipient will be at the location, or that there’s a safe and secure place for us to leave the arrangement.
  • Important: You are responsible for checking that you’ve provided us with accurate and complete information at checkout. Fill in the address, include a gate code if necessary, a card message, the recipient's phone number, and any other pertinent information. We’ll do our best to ensure smooth delivery, and chase up any of this information with you but we can only do so much! (Please note: we can’t do this on a per order basis during events such as Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day due to the high volume of orders).
  • If we are unable to deliver or leave the flowers at the address provided, they’ll be returned to the shop where you can either pick them up, or have them redelivered at your own cost.
  • All product sales are final, and there are no returns for recipients that refuse delivery.

Minimums & Pricing

  • For our fresh flower arrangements the minimum for delivery is $75 (except over Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day where our minimum may change due to increased demand).
  • Delivery fee is based on distance starting at $19.99 for local including Westlake, Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Newberry Park, Calabasas, and Lake Sherwood. However, we deliver from Ventura all the way to LA including Malibu, Moorpark, Camarillo, West Hills, Hidden Hills, Woodland Hill, Encino, Simi Valley, Tarzana, Oxnard, Pacific Palisades, Sherman Oaks, Porter Ranch, Granada Hills and Beverly Hills.
