The iconic symbol of love is a heart and even nature knows it! This heart succulent also known as a hoya plant is a low-maintenance heart-shaped succulent. Leave a note at checkout if you'd like us to change the dried flowers to feature different colors.

Ease: Easy as succulents are hardy and don't require much care.
Care: Water once a week at most, every two to three weeks during winter, and let the soil dry out between waterings.
Sunlight: Bright indirect to medium indirect light is best.

This item is available for same-day delivery and pickup unless specifically noted otherwise. We serve all across Los Angeles and Ventura from our store in Westlake Village, CA. Please view our full delivery guidelines. Our delivery window on Valentine's Day Feb 14th is 9am-7pm. Our normal (non-Valentines) delivery window is typically 12pm-5:30pm.

Our delivery fee is based on distance starting at $19.99 for local: Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Newberry Park, Calabasas, Hidden Hills and Lake Sherwood.
We also deliver across Ventura, and all the way to LA including: Malibu, Moorpark, Camarillo, West Hills, Woodland Hill, Encino, Simi Valley, Tarzana, Oxnard, Pacific Palisades, Sherman Oaks, Porter Ranch, Granada Hills and Beverly Hills.
